I specialise in providing remote administrative, technical, and creative support, including general administrative support, email marketing, Instagram management, and bookkeeping services.
Service provider assistance is generally available from 6 pm to 8:30 pm PST (GMT-8), Monday to Friday.
Clients will compensate the Service Provider at a rate of $45 CAD. Any additional tasks, if requested, will be charged at a rate of $45 CAD per hour. This compensation is payable every 28 days, with a one-time late payment fee of $30 CAD for invoices not paid on or before the due date.
You will receive a link to the Google Drive where we will both have access. This will be the central repository for all our shared files.
The most effective communication channels are WhatsApp Business or Email, whichever you prefer. Additionally, we can schedule a weekly Zoom catch-up call for more personalised updates.
Our working journey begins with a discovery call to discuss your business needs. Following that, I’ll send a proposal. Once accepted, I’ll provide a contract, the first invoice, and a welcome pack. The kickoff call for our first working day will be booked, where we’ll map out our priorities. Our working journey begins!
The initial 28 days constitute a paid trial period, followed by a 12-week container. If either party wishes to discontinue after the trial month, a written objection must be made before the trial month concludes. Either party may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of a breach by the other party.
